How to block Credit Card

Using IVR/Phone Banking Call 1860 267 7777 to block your credit card on the IVR. You can also talk to Phone Banking Officer to block your credit card.
Using IndusMobile App
  • Log into the app.
  • Select the Service Request tab from the credit card details screen.
  • Choose the credit card you wish to block.
  • Choose Card Related Requests and continue.
  • Click block credit card.
Using SMS To immediately block your credit card, SMS BLOCK <SPACE><Last four digits of your credit card number> to 5676757 from your registered mobile number.
Using IndusNet
  • Login to IndusNet and click on the Service Requests tab.
  • Next, select Credit Card Requests
  • Click the Credit Card Blocking Request button.
  • Select the credit card you want to block, enter the reason for blocking, and press Submit.

Grievance Redressal - For Credit Card Customers

Step 1

  • If you have a complaint relating to your credit card, you can call Contact Centre on
    1860 267 7777 / 022-42207777 (Outside India) Or mail at premium [dot] care [at] indusind [dot] com.

All the complaints related to Credit Cards will be handled by Cards Services Cell. If a complaint
has been received, Card Services Cell will response you within 7 working days from the date of
receipt of complaint.

I received watsapp message yesterday for apply credit card. After details given by there is no response and when I call on that number today one girl who pick call said that he didn't messege me he don't know about that but still claiming that she is from Indusind Bank

Fraud with newly issued CC

IndusIndBank: You guys should stop selling Credit Cards especially when you cannot provide services for it.
I received a new Credit Card yesterday morning and a fraud transaction happened in a few hours. I tried to raise it with the support centre and they have not been co-operating at all.
On top of it, they told me that the fraud transaction is not our liability and you need to pay for it.
Disgusted with the services and the attitude. I would never encourage anyone around me to use Indusind's products.

The sum of these transactions is 9054.82rupees but you sent me statement of 9068 rupees. Please sent me actual statement ....
