Trackon Team is pathetic, useless and time pass. No one responding regarding delivery/pick up and also no bother about their payment also.
I thing company running towards closure.
Delayed Delivery
This is very pathetic service company.
Nobody responds correctly for any quires immediately.

Worst service ever
Taking extra two thousand rupees to deliver the parcel faster. And it is been 7 days they have not delivered the parcel. Very rude customer staff. Phone always not reachable or they do not receive the call.. i suggest not to use this courier service never in life
Worst Courier service
When we are sending courier through trackon they informed that it will be delivered within 2 days but now it is 6th day and still i have not received my courier,
When we call to customer care either they will not receive call or it will be not reachable and if they pick call customer care will speak rudely and will not pay proper attention towards customer.
Pathetic courier service
I think no body should use this pathetic courier service. They r fraud. All customers should file a case against them. All their phone numbers r invalid

Trackon doesn't gives service it is just the time-pass company
Trackon plays Hide n Seek game with the customers . They never gives reply to phonecall & service is so unresponsive that no-one can keep calm.
Don't ever user this service . Step-by- step is never updated Online .As i tracked online my consignment it's not updated from last 3 days & delivery is beyond lines ...Don't know what to do

A courier is booked & it's told to track it on online but in online nothing updated, when called to the concern branch a very rude answer given
