Shocking and unbelievable service of TRACKON courier Gurugram Hub. Parcel booked for X party but deliver to Y party after 5 days inspite of Receiver is in constant touch with delivery team. Mistake happened 4 days before Diwali and now accuses given to us that it will deliver after Festival holidays. Online tracking portal STATUS showing that UNDELIVERED DUE TO ADDRESS NOT FOUND/IN COMPLETE/ REQUIRE PHONE NO.
It means it was our fault that we put incomplete address . WHY DON'T YOU COMPANY PEOPLE PROVIDE CORRECT REASON !! due to the displayed reason our customer is making us responsible for the delay and imposing penalty on us. Why should we bear the penalty when Trackon Company in on Fault . If we have to pay to our customer then Definately will go to Consumer Court . We have all the evidences to prove your fault .

There is such a dirty service. Whether it is the staff in Delhi or elsewhere, their branch is very dirty people. No customer value at all. No on time delivery. Steal parcels. Use abusive language. No one should use trackon courier. Is the dirtiest courier company.

My courier is yet not delivered. The staff was very unprofessional and asked irrelevant queries rather than registering a complaint and at last replied that you can register anything you want on the company website. The behavior of the staff was very very unpleasant. Not satisfied with the service next time I will never choose this company to post any courier or anything.

According to my experience the services being provided by the Trackon are very poor and expensive. I have booked a parcel on 29.10.2021 paying a heavy charges, but till now i.e. 01.11.2021 the parcel is not delivered in the same city i.e. Gurugram. The parcel was booked prior to noon. This is the regular practice of this service provider.

This courier service is very poor kindly don't use it.

Never go with Trakon -
1. They fool you in terms of money. Charge you extra- I've paid 600 for a courier from Allahabad to Patna to be deliver with Prime service in a day.
2. Not responding at all
3. Product was expected to be delivered on 11th and it has edible items and its yet not delivered even though they told it will be for which they charged extra.
4. Liar!!!!!

I had sent a courier from Faridabad to Surat on 4th august 2020, and it has been stuck in Surat hub since 8th august 2020. Requesting the delivery team to deliver it as soon as possible.

I booked a consignment on 31st July 2020 from Mumbai to Pune. As per the tracking information it was forwarded to "For Nagar Road-PUNE" at 10:09 on 1st August 2020. There is no further update till now. When called the Pune customer care numbers no one answer the same.

My Pan card as been delayed by Pan office services due to Covid 19, i can understand since 18 March 2020. At last i got a confirmation my pAn has been sent to me through Track on courier i am trying to call the office no given in web site none of the ph no works i tried atleast 10 ph no None works or answers if rings. What standard do have to run And claim yourself international. Useless company and team. Some one sue you if you don't work properly.

When you are not responsible for the courriers that you take until it reaches the address of customer,the last thing that you should do is open a courrier services like this and trouble people.worst is the below minimum word that could describe your services.

I have sent my courier through Prime Trackon, as they mentioned it will reached as soon as possible because I courier medicine and still it has not reached already 12 days over. Very worst service

The delivery executive is not delivering my PAN card to my delivery address and he is asking me to come and collect the PAN card in the regional office. I know that Government is paying money for delivering the PAN card to the respective address. Even after saying that I will raise a complaint the executive is saying lethogically that "you can't do anything"

My shipment number is not delivered yet. it's 2nd time i send the same packet on delhi but both the time it's returned with comment " address not found" even destination address's phone number already mentioned on shipment but no one call on that number.
Pls help to deliver the packet on address.
