technician not coming for servise

Very poor service. i am follwoing since 3-4 days but no technician come to visit.
i will not take even a single product of Mitashi. Customer executives are really very irritating.

My Mitashi washing machine sencor was replaced by technician after making him several call, finally it was replaced ,later the service guy said it was costing 2600...

After 4 days asking for bill simple handwritten bill was whatsapped to me without GST number..

It is just hand written..

Call customer care number they are not bother to answer my call...

Washing machine purchased and within a month machine creates problem of drier and serviceman sent by Mitashi Customer service came but don't know what is the problem person coming for AC repair unable to check what is the problems so 2nd serviceman came and adjusted by the local wire/electric cable and drier motor runs continuously and electricity bill is tremendous and I have to pay
Next time that fellow not came and cable also not fixed again problem is still there nobody is solving problemlems just selling the machine and screws are not made up of steel third class quality within 4 months screws gets corrosive means they sell third class quality with third class service.

I was purchased a washing machine (Mitashi) on March 2019 with guarantee as of 2 years. Now I faced a problem that machine is not running because of gear box of this machine has been unserviceable.

Bought mitashi fully automatic washing machine 8 months back. Had made a complaint on 2 may 2018 the machine is not working but not resolved till date very disappointed by the attitude of employees of Mitashi. Please don't buy any Mitashi product. 26days have passed but till date problem not resolved despite promise to come on many occasions.
