Fastag dispatch
It is almost 10 days and yet not received my fastag. No customer care number is available where I could understand delay reason. After payment dispatch date was 29th June and then became 1st and now showing 7th July. I have to go Rajasthan from MP for joining my job but Paytm is not releasing my fastag. Due to covid no means are available for reaching jaipur hence i purchased fastag so that i could go from my car but paytm is not dispatching my fastag. Very careless company paytm is. Neither dispatching my fastag nor cancelling it. I will not file case of fraud against paytm.

This is a fraud with customer belief. Paytm should ban these vendors because they are discouraging online shopping. And also there should be a penalty clause to vendor. We waste our time and money to select particular product and after receiving the product we chase customer care to get our money back and feel being cheated. We should have one complain forum where if a vendor receives this comment he should be penalize and customer should get refund.
Return my amount from my second account.
This is Bharathi. Before the KYC sprang up for verification I opened 2 paytm accounts with my two mobile numbers. But now I cannot provide two aadhar cards. Now I want transfer the amount in my second number to the number for which I provided KYC.
I hope you will do the needful.

I waa purchase a ikall mobile it is not working properly then I give order to return they taking return then again which phone they deliver me it is also damaged and used mobile I am really very disturb with Paytm products. And thes calling lines always busy...
