Dear Sir,
I have a paytm postpaid account with mobile no.733xxx3261, with limit of Rs. 5000.00
The billed amount is 4789.18. Since the app does not show paytm postpaid icon, i am not able to pay the balance amount.
Is there any option other than the paytm app where i can pay the due amount and close the same by due date?

कोई सिम्पल पे टी एम कर रहा है तो वो मेरे अकाउंट में आ रही है 12 अगस्त 2020 को 10000 की पेमेंट मेरे रिलेटिव ने पे टी एम यू पी आई के थ्रू मेरे नम्बर पर भेजी वो पेमेंट मेरे अकाउंट में नही आई ।जब मैंने चेक करा तो मेरा नम्बर किसी और के पे टी एम के नाम से शो कर रहा है जो कि किसी ओर का बार कोड ओर नाम शो कर रहा है लेकिन यू पी आई में मेरा कॉन्टेक्ट नम्बर शो हो रहा है तो अब क्या करूँ ताकि मेरी पेमेंट वापस मुझे मिले। और उस गलत यू पी आई के अकाउंट को बंद किया जाए ताकि दोबारा मुझे ऐसी कोई दिक्कत ना आए ।
