We have a complaint regarding usha striker table fan model which was purchased on. 27.10.2024 One of the wings Got broken by the overspeed of motor with the vibration and blasted with the front cover , which was hitted to my two months old baby ..... I had a great openion on your brand ......we are so disappointed with ur brand and we need a solution and compensation for this.
We have handover the fan to the retailer shop where I have purchased...they are not accepting this is because of motor problem ....we need a solution as soon as possible or we will go for the further process.....
We have attached the purchased bill and acknowledgement receipt from the retailer to handover the fan ....with this....please take fast action on this complaint please....

I have a need to replace the full motor unit of Usha Mist Pedestal fan under paid service. I tried calling the toll free number where no one picks up despite waiting more than 45 minutes.
Trying to register on care.usha.com also does not work because after entering all the data the OTP verification SMS is not sent

The whole stand of my usha pedestal fan (Mist Air) has broken. Want to repaired . But parts are not available at USHA repairing centre (JORHAT ASSAM) Please do needful. Regards

I had purchased a usha company celling fan before one month from Ashtha eletronucs shop kailashpuri mughalsarai and Dealer said to me that usha is the best company because its service is so good and after ten days. Fan is done sound so more due to bearing and I had called so many time but my problem is not resolved till date. So plz accept my claimed and sovle my problem.

I purchased mist Air duos tm pedestal fan on 21/06/2017 IT'S working for four months and also four months are after no running fan after day.

I brought Usha fan before 6 month but the fan is stopped to work

One of the most worse service i have seen. Me purchased 7 celling fans for my new house, among that 2 that a regularly using got issues within 1 yr. complaint registered on 17- 05, until now unattended. Even after regular follow up from the 4 th day. If they unable to give service in city area , why they keeping such rubbish service centre..?

It is worst experience with USHA as it is very old & well known brands.
I have lodged complaint on 8th May 2018 & today is 22nd May 2018 but till date no one come to attend & solve the noise issue of fan without any specific reason.
My request CC1805093936 Ref no is 6907.
Not expect from at least USHA as a good brand value in market but really disappointed by your service.

I PURCHASED ABOVE MODEL PEDESTAL FAN YESTERDAY, IT LOOKS WELL AND AWESOME, WHEN STARTED THE FAN STARTED GIVING SOUND, IT INCREASES WHEN I PRESS BUTTON FROM 1 TO 2 TO 3. I COULD NOT SLEEP IN NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE SOUND.

PLEASE HELP ME TO HAVE A SOUND/GOOD SLEEP.
