I have a booked a jiofibre connection by paying advance 1000Rs. Later engineer said in my area they can't provide fibre connection. Kindly please refund my amount 1000/- as soon as possible

I have 2 JIO sim/mobile numbers, but by both Sims I am unable to connect call to Toll free no. 102 or 108 ambulance call center. Whenever I call, Repling by subscriber as This facility is not available on your number.

As my main work is to coordinate ambulance and patients in emergency via 102 or 108 call center,

So I request all of you to sort out my issue or infact many people who may experience this type of issue in emergency .

Here network issue in jio sim . We have not internet speed for long time ( about 2 or 3 months) all villager face this problem and we can't make call . All user are in difficulty please solve our problem.

मैं यहां पंच सील नगर कॉलोनी पीलीभीत बायपास रोड बरेली मैं रहता हूं मेरे यहां इंटरनेट नेटवर्क की स्पीड बहुत ही खराब आती हो जिसके कारण मेरे को कई काम करने में परेशानियां होती हैं कृपया आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे कॉलोनी में इंटरनेट नेटवर्क की समस्या को दूर किया जाए मेरे घर में 7 जिओ के सिम का प्रयोग किया जाता है सभी को इंटरनेट स्पीड की समस्या है शुरू में स्पीड अच्छी होने की वजह से मैंने व मेरे परिवार के सभी लोगों ने जिओ सिम का प्रयोग किया परंतु अब इंटरनेट स्पीड की समस्याएं दिन पर दिन खराब होती चली जा रही है क्या हम अपने सभी सिमों को पोर्ट करने के लिए मजबूर हो रहे हैं कृपया इस समस्या का निवारण करने का कष्ट करें धन्यवाद

Sir, I myself is u r customer since starting of jio net work at the (free) time it was ok, after that it is very-very horrible, I can't sustain now, my patience r finished. Sirf name (jio 4G sheeeeet kaam 2G ka b nahi hai).
This people's r making money that's all know we hv to take decision b..couz (mera paisa pure mehnat ka hai)..
I hv registered network complaint may time but no result ???
I don't want wast my time & money sorry...Jio..Sorry.

What a bad network jio offering currently! It used to be much better. I am thinking of switching my mobile connection to other operator.

Internet speed is worst at panjab university, Sector 14, Chandigarh. Also connection problem is here. Sometimes, Not able to call to anyone because of network problem. please solve this issue as early as possible.

Sir I had already recharge with plan of 399.. payment is also successful.but still my no.is not activated.im calling to customer care too but unable to get connected..kindly do the needful..
