Train number 12537 Manduadin exp, schedule time of departure from MPF was 19.35, however the train was departure on 22.05 on 5th and 7th Sep, 2018, delayed by 2 hour 30 minute. Pls confirm 22.05 is schedule time for 9th Sep, 2018 also.

I unfortunately happen to travel to kolkata with my fiancee on today's date and this experience has been so awakening that I am compelled to write this mail:
1) TTs are never available n very illmannered.
2) people generally travelling in this are regular commuters to west bengal thus the newbies get paranoid watching them.
3) The dirtiest train I havr ever travelled in my entire life.
4) The train doesnot have any schedule and I believe runs as per the driver's whims & fancies; the delay and adhoc stoppage at almost in the middle of no where in the middle of the night shows that.
5) basic hygine is not maintained - is it for the fact that it has more of SL passengers and not premium?
6) number of hawkers selling eatables and others are unjustifiedly priced.
I am cordially and humbly requesting to the authority, if there is anyone at all who is reading this, plz do somthing or else you /or your family member could be encountering this somethime.

but when TT came and saw the ticket, he said that the person who has your waiting list has become canceled and you have to pay 2200 Rs, but my father said that my waiting list is not canceled but TT did not agree to hear anything and that money was being sought. then my father gave money

Dear Sir,
I am currently at the waiting room at guwahati railway station waiting for my train and as my train is delayed i needed to take the waiting room. The attendant is asking for Rs.20 as admission fees and when enquired he showed me the chart for toilet charges. He is not even checking tickets of passengers and allowing people into waiting rooms if they are paying him. If sevices are based on payment then please remove the labels outside waiting rooms separately for different classes of passengers. This is just a pure misuse of public property. It is because of these small and trivial unattended issues that we have mafia running all these government services.

I done reservation for train no 82654 on 10/9/2017 suvidha express from ajmer to gulbarga in sleeper class and paid Rs 1560 per head total Rs 12480 for 8 members and I have not got any special facility in train, then why they charged me to much cost for sleeperclass. No free food, no free tea, no free water even no free tissue paper, and I'm asked catering person that I have paid to much amount is there any free food and he reply me before 2 year ago this facility is there but last 2 years no facility is providing but ticket rate is same taking. I think there is no charge more thank Rs 650 for sleeper class for 1500 kms in India, I think there is some think special in suvidha express which I have not recognised. Seating Preference while booking thru IRCTC
I had faced the WORST experience by booking tickets thru IRCTC. I opted for a lower berth for an aged person who has undergone Brain and Leg Surgery.
but finally I got Upper berth.
I Suggest IRCTC, should validated the person's age or physical condition and shouldallot/provide tickets while booking tickets.

AC compartments are not at all safe for traveling. Many case of theft of personal valuables have been brought into the notice of the railway police but it seems everything is in vain. People do take care of their belongings but what can be done if some inhuman and unethical activities are performed, as in most of these thefts passengers have complained of some sleep inducing sprays in the berths after dinner which made them unconscious and they wake up to only find their assets gone. This is constantly happening and since the people are traveling they are not able to take up solid steps in the form of FIR etc also the police is more keen in solving out the issue on the place and station of the incident rather than the theft. Already the human faith on each other and trust do not exist anymore and with such activities increasing it is getting more difficult to travel by trains. What if the spray contains poisonous chemical which might get some one seriously ill or even result in death. Will the Indian railways take the responsibility? If the passenger losses his/her ticket and all money then will the railways arrange the needful? We common people forced to obey all the rules and regulations once said is finally done. Then who would take the responsibility of us and what do we gain even after paying so much for tickets to travel in AC 2/1 tier or others. I think the railway ministry should stop all the comfort compartments and make all trains the same open access to all, at least we wont risk our lives to harmful deadly sprays and would also awakened up to take care of our belongings. And I request my fellow countrymen not to carry excess cash, jewellery, valuables, electronics or any private cards etc which are important while traveling by INDIAN RAILWAYS and do not trust their hospitality if possible take your own food also and avoid eating even if you have paid for it.

I booked tatkal ticket from bangalore to delhi but ticket was not confirmed so as per suggestion i filed TDR for return of money but after 42 days i didn't get any confirmation.In TDR Receipt one number is provided but even though this number is not working.Please provide any contact number so that atleast i am able to communicate with TDR department and know the current status.

We have booked train ticket thru IRCTC from Malur to Sainagar Shirdi, but train has been diverted thru some other station and not reaching Malur due to Train accident near Arrakonam.

The above ticket has booked from my friend ID, and he filed TDR separately for that. In this above PNR ticket only we are planned for travelling.
Return ticket is booked from Sainagar shirdi to Krishnarajpuram thru my ID and PNR number for this is 8562911447.
I have filed TDR on 12/04/2013 for my PNR Number: 8562911447, but still not we have not received refunded amount.
Can we please know when will we receive the amount, why it is taking more time to refund?
